Peacock

Wild iridescent elegance
Of brilliant blue-green
Flamboyantly shimmering
Whilst gently embraced
With each stroke of sunbeams
Illustrious grandeur
With majestic magnificence
In dignified nobility stance
Of self-confidence and poise
Royal plumage visibly expands
In hopes of attracting his peahen
