some visions pass quickly

embedded within my heart
as a deluge of emotions
engulf my mortal existence
consuming my presence of today
as memories of the past
swallow me in a plethora of dreams
impressions of yesterday
magically entangled into the now
attached to reminders
perception clouding reality from fantasy
